SPAGHETTI WITH CHICKEN AND RED SAUCE

Ingredients
Spaghetti 1/2 packet, Chicken breast 1, Salt as per taste, Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp, Tomato Paste 1/2 cup, Tomato Ketchup 1/2 cup, Black Pepper powder 1 tsp, Oregano Powder 1/2 tsp, Spring Onion 1 - 2, Vinegar 2 tbsp, Soya Sauce 2 tbsp, Harpal Cooking Oil 4 tbsp.
Directions
Add salt and 1 tbsp Harpal Cooking Oil in a boiling water and boil spaghetti for 10 – 12 minutes Shift to strainer and rinse with cold water. Transfer to pan and sprinkle oregano on it Cut chicken breast into strips, heat 2 – 3 tbsp Harpal Cooking Oil in a frying pan and sauté ginger garlic in it Add chicken and fry on medium heat until tender. Add salt, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, and tomato paste and tomato ketchup in it andmix well Add spaghetti to this sauce, mix well and remove from heat
