LUCKNAWI BOTI KEBAB
Ingredients
Mincemeat 1 kg, Salt as per taste, Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp, Red Chili Powder 1 1/2 tbsp. Papaya grounded 1 tbsp, Aniseeds 1 tsp, Whole Coriander 1 tsp, Cumin Seeds 1 tsp, Bay leaf 1, Small cardamom 2 - 3, Onion 2 medium, Yogurt 1 cup, Green chili 6 – 8, Harpal Cooking Oil 1/2 cup.
Directions
Wash and dry mincemeat thoroughly in strainer.Grind dry roast aniseeds, coriander, cumin, small and big cardamom and bay leaf finely with a grinder. Mix all these spices in mincemeat with salt, ginger garlic, red chili and papaya and chop them well Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes and brush oven tray slightly with Hrapal Cooking Oil Make long cylindrical kebab for mincemeat. Layer in oven tray and bake for 15 - 20 minutes Heat Harpal Cooking Oil in a wok and sauté finely chopped onion in it Add baked seekh kebab in the wok and crush with a spoon, add beaten yogurt and sliced green chili in it and stir well Remove from heat when oil separates
