CHICKEN CHOPS

Ingredients
Chicken Breast 4, Salt to taste, Garlic Ginger Paste 1 1/2 tbsp, Crushed Red Chilies 1 tbsp, White pepper powder 1/2 tsp, Cumin Seeds 1 tsp, Coriander Seeds 1 tsp, Fresh Cream 4 tbsp, Yogurt 2 tbsp, Lemon Juice 3 tbsp, Green Chili Paste 2 tsp, Mixed Hot Spice Powder 1/2 tsp, Harpal Cooking Oil 3 - 4 tbsp.
Directions
Separate the chicken breast, keeping the side bone. Wash and hammer into chop shape. Grind the coriander and cumin. Combine salt, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chilies, white pepper, fresh cream, yogurt, lemon juice, green chilies, hot spice powder and Harpal Cooking Oil. Marinate the chicken breast in this mixture and refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours. Pre-heat the oven to 108 degrees centigrade, arrange the chicken breast in a greased oven tray and bake for 20 - 30 minutes. Flip the chicken and bake for a further 10 minutes and remove from the oven.
