The history of Pak Agro Group can be traced back to 1970, when the foundation of a trading house was laid. The commodities trading business transformed into the manufacturing & export of woollen blankets and raw wool. Going forward it revolved into one of the diversified leading business group of Pakistan with the vision of Mr. Shahid Ahmed Chairman of the group in a period spanning five decades, served as the milestone in this prolific journey.
It is an organization with diversified interests in Edible Oil, Textiles and Packaging that proved its business standing in the local and international markets by virtue of its outstanding achievements.

| 2006 | First milestone with the formation of parent Company “Pak Agro Oil Mills (Pvt.) Ltd.” for establishing Solvent Extraction Plant. |
| 2013 | First Pakistani Company granted export license for export of Oilseeds Meal to China. |
| 2014 | Diversified the business into Plastic Packaging to cater the export market. |
| 2018 | In addition to packaging business by introducing Extrusion Lamination, Gravure Printing and FIBC Bulk Packaging. |
| 2021 | Established a textile manufacturing unit for the export of Terry Towels. |
| 2022 | Planning is in progress for vertical textile set up. |
The Group has received numerous awards and trophies from the Government of Pakistan, Provincial Government and various institutions during five decades in their successful journey.
